Can I modify my order ?

We are very fast during the orders processing. You can make changes before the payment of the order, but once it has passed, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

You can however return any unwanted item subject to compliance with our return conditions

Why was my order rescinded ?

Our items are selling quickly and occasionally an item you ordered may suddenly become unavailable. Even if this happens rarely, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order.

If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest of your order and we will refund the item out of stock.

I saw an article but it appears to be out of stock, what to do ?

Will I be charged for customs and import duties ?
