Payment methods

Payment for the items will be as follows :

 1) via PayPal : Payment is made by Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro or Mastercard. The amount is paid when the order is placed. No additional cost for this method of payment.

 2) PayPal : Pay with your PayPal account. No additional cost for this method of payment.

Deliveries

1. The estimated delivery time for any item in stock is 15 days maximum. If the items ordered are no longer in stock, we will place an order with our suppliers and the delivery will be made within 30 days maximum. In the event that the item ordered and paid is exhausted at our suppliers, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of one month.

2. Locations of delivery : We deliver our products all over the world. Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday by La Poste. If for any reason you can not receive the delivery, especially because you are not present to approve the reception, you will find a notice of transit with information on the location of your package and how to make your withdrawal or receipt request.

Rate of payment

There is no charge on our shop.

Prices and VAT

1. Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (20%).

2. Prices do not include postage / shipping charges and cash on delivery charges.

3. We reserve the right to change the price of products in sale, but the customer will always pay the price that is online on the day of purchase, even if it is modified before payment is received.

Returns of items

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item(s) within 14 days from the day after receipt in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. If the label is removed, it is not possible to return the product. The e-mail requesting the return number must be sent within 24 hours after the receipt of the items you wish to return to the following address : service-clients@lysboon.com

Return instructions

1) Make sure that the item is in the same condition as it was received - is not used, washed, dusty, has no perfume or cigarette smell and does not have animal hair.

2) Check that the article still has the labels "nailed" and the packaging is not damaged.

3) Send us an email with the number of the article you want to return.

4) Send the article to the address given in the email. You have a maximum of 14 days (from the day after receipt).

5) The refund can not be sent in cash on delivery and should be associated with a registered mailing plan, storing the invoice as proof of return.

Return and refund processing

We will process the refund within 15 days of receipt of the item. Delivery and return fees are not refunded. If shipping costs have been offered, their value will be charged to all order items that have been returned.

Not accepted returns

If the returned item is not accepted due to the terms and conditions of use accepted at the time of the order, the item will be returned to the customer and the processing costs of the order, as well as the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Responsibilities

If a return is not given to us, the customer must return to La Poste and file a complaint with their services. We are not responsible for shipping between the customer and the company. We recommend that the customer always have proof of the shipment. He must keep the invoice as proof and return it to La Poste in order to claim the refund in the event of loss or damage of the product during the return.

Complaints

* If the product is defective or not identical to the product ordered : The customer must send us an email within 24 hours from the receipt.

* If the package is opened or damaged during the delivery to the customer : The customer must check that everything is in order and if not, he must make a complaint directly to the post office concerned.

Order not withdrawn or erroneous addresses

If an order is returned to us for lack of address data, inaccurate data or because the customer has not been withdrawn within the prescribed period, the customer must pay the costs of shipping and return of the package (minimum 10,00 €).

Cancellation of orders

No order can be canceled.

Underage

Under 18 years old, customers must order under the name of a parent, with the authorization of the latter.

The data collected

In accordance with article 27 of law no. 78-17 of January, 6th 1978 of the National Commission for Data Protection and Privacy (CNIL) on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the processing of the collection of personal data is of the responsibility of Lysboon.com. They are processed by computer for shipments corresponding to orders, as well as for possible returns. The holder has the right to access, modify or delete his or her personal data. In this case, simply contact us with your name, first name, address and customer number.
